Welcome to the Ministry of Love. The Ministry of Love is so loving that it has made it its mission to protect us from “harmful” online content. It is a mere coincidence (a striking one) that the “harmful” content it has in mind, also happens to be “harmful” to the government; specifically its globalist aims to dissolve Western countries (and only Western countries) in to an open border utopia. Anyone nursing the illusion that the UK is a free country is about to be sorely disappointed. The government has announced that it is to introduce “world first online safety laws”. It has framed this as an attempt to protect children from online grooming, which few would object to, but if you believe this is what it will really be used for, you’re not paying attention to the political oppression that is taking place in Britain 2019.
Globalism and open borders are not to be opposed. If you do not go along with the notion that European and other Western states should be more “diverse”, that white people are racists and colonialists who deserve everything that’s coming to them, and that Islam is a religion of peace, you are filled with “harmful content”. The state will prevent you from propagating that harmful content by cutting off your right to free expression, and with it, your right to oppose government policy. We have therefore entered the post-democracy age. – Full AltNews Media article can be found here.
The new leader of the National Union of Students has been elected on a platform of calling for a national strike at Britain’s universities. Zamzam Ibrahim, 24, said in her manifesto the strike would be for free education, better maintenance grants for less wealthy students and the return of a post-study work visa for people from abroad, her manifesto says. Ms Ibrahim sparked controversy in 2017 when online posts she made as a 16-year-old came to light, which said she wanted to ‘oppress white people’ and see an ‘Islamic takeover’. She insists they were ‘taken out of context’ and her views have changed .Ms Ibrahim was president of the students’ union at Salford University and is the third female ethnic minority NUS leader in a row, taking the reins from Shakira Martin. She also claims that racism is ‘running rampant on our campuses’. – Full article can be read here – Jaydafransen.online.
Only a fool would cheer the banning of Tommy Robinson by Facebook and Instagram. It doesn’t matter if you like or loathe him. It doesn’t matter if you think he’s a searing critic of the divisive logic in the politics of diversity or Luton’s very own Oswald Mosley in Jack Wills clobber. The point is that his expulsion from social media confirms that corporate censorship is out of control. It speaks to a new kind of tyranny: the tyranny of unaccountable capitalist oligarchs in Silicon Valley getting to decide who is allowed to speak in the new public square that is the internet.

“Day by day the continent of Europe is not only changing but is losing any possibility of a soft landing in response to such change. An entire political class have failed to appreciate that many of us who live in Europe love the Europe that was ours…….if they do change it many of us will regret this quietly. Others will regret it less quietly.”
I have just finished reading Douglas Murray’s , “Strange Death of Europe” , and the above paragraph , which comes at the very end of the book , sums up what for me is the problem with this book. Murray does not care , or at least does not care enough. He will , in his own words , “regret it quietly” and presumably just forget the victims and the damage done , not just to the victims of the last few years but all those victims to come. Murray’s language throughout the book is civil and temperate with one glaring exception when he uses the word ‘ rancid ‘ in reference to the ‘far right’ or at least certain sections of the ‘far right’. ” It is also true that these parties ( Pegida/EDL) include people with rancid political views. But so too , it must be noted , do mainstream parties of the political left and right “. While this statement may seem quite reasonable it is significant that he makes it when speaking of Pegida and the EDL and not on any of the numerous occasions he quotes Angela Merkel and a host of other people and groups. He does not refer to any of the mainstream characters that litter his book as ‘criminal’ in spite of the ample evident that he supplies in his book that that is exactly what they are.
This is an interesting and very readable book and it will , I’m sure , ‘red pill’ some people but I fear that in the long run it may do more harm than good – like all those slick YouTube videos that entertain us far more that educate us and always avoid stating the very things that really do need to be put into words…..Things , sometimes NEED to be said for them to become real in the minds of people. Sometimes it really is necessary to call a spade a spade and tell people in plain english things which they may not wish to hear or contemplate. I suppose you could say that this is a very entertaining book – but that is the last thing we need just now. We are being entertained to death via YouTube and books like this , perhaps literally, while in the real world everything is going to hell at an ever faster pace. We need men and women of action in these times and not books and perhaps if we find such men and women of action we may live to write great books in the future…..We need the ugly brutal truth told in all its ugliness. We need it rammed down our throats. The time for civility and reason is over.
