The Irexit Freedom Party and supporters held a Vigil this evening outside the Dail against government plans to sign Ireland up to the Controversial UN Migration Pact later this month which requires countries to give illegal migrants the same entitlements as legal migrants and also requires governments to fund Media outlets and training for Journalists who will promote and propagandize the issue of Migration in a positive light to their citizens while punishing any media that is critical of immigration.
Everything Gerard Batten touches turns to gold. He simply cannot fail – When he took over the leadership of UKIP the party was in a state of implosion with the obituary writers just sharpening their pens to record the final collapse. It was all over , done and dusted , finished or so it seemed , but Batten had different ideas and he was hardly in the door before he had halted the exodus from the party and begun , over the space of a few short months , to put the finances of the party back in the red. Batten looked and sounded like a leader , someone who knew what he wanted and knew how to get it. He was comfortable in front of the TV cameras and projected the image of a strong man who knew his own mind – He was impressive , no question about that.
Nothing quite succeeds like success and soon major YouTubers with huge followings were flocking to his side while an army of disgruntled ex UKIPers were returning to the fold in ever larger numbers. Even his worst enemies would have to admit that he was doing everything right when, just at the right moment Tommy Robinson found himself in jail for contempt of court putting in motion chain of events which potentially could bring millions of new member into the ranks of UKIP. God it seems , was on Gerard Battens side , there could be no other explanation . Batten was getting more TV coverage than Nigel Farage and looked ever more the national figure with each passing minute and it has to be admitted that he played his hand well , very well , in all of this and did not miss a single trick.
None of this bodes well for For Britain , at least in the short to medium term. When Anne Marie Waters founded For Britain she might reasonably have expected to pick up many ex UKIP votes and members , and with a UKIP that was becoming less relevant by the second her party could have hoped to attract the dissident ‘ right’ vote in any future election at national or local level , but now even the most committed For Britain member must be wondering if For Britain has any future at all. Certainly this has knocked For Britain back – this was not exactly part of the plan and Batten is no Henry Bolton…….this is not going to be the walk over that some For Britain members might have thought it was going to be.
There can be little doubt that if an election is called in the near future UKIP will probable do well , how well is anyone guess , but all the polls look promising from UKIP’s point of view and if these predictions come true it could be embarrassing for For Britain is they fail to attract at least a respectable vote in the relatively few seats they have the manpower or funds to contest , and while no one in For Britain with any intelligence believed it would be easy few expected it might get this hard. This was definitely not part of the plan. The harsh reality is that most British people have never heard of the For Britain Movement or Anne Marie Waters and if the mainstream media have their way it will stay like that.
Of course , even if there is an election and UKIP do well , there are still a lot of quite powerful people in UKIP who hate Batten’s guts and would love to get rid of him at almost any cost and if an internal war were to erupt it might just tear UKIP apart. Batten has a somewhat arrogant manner , there is a bit of the upstart about him , a swagger that has only come to the fore in very recent times and he is rubbing all the right people up the wrong way and while it is undoubtedly true that nothing succeeds like success the opposite is equally true and pride , arrogance and over confidence can lead to a terrible and ignoble fall. Cynics might argue that Batten was a relatively quiet and inactive voice in UKIP untill Anne Marie Waters decided to set up her own party and that his interest in Tommy Robinson developed in tandem with Robinson’s breakthrough rise to prominence and international fame since his stint in prison and even those who don’t have a cynical bone in their bodies might come to the same conclusion.

Anne Marie Waters’s Beyond Terror is discussed at Middle East Forum fundraiser in Chicago. SOOP founder Wade Fransson attended a Middle East Forum (MEF) fundraising luncheon in Chicago. MEF’s President, Daniel Pipes, who contributed the Foreword to Anne Marie Waters’s book, Beyond Terror, asked to have Wade introduce the book and discuss its relevance. …
For Britain leader Anne Marie Waters spoke with Rob Shimshock of Campus Unmasked about censorship she and her party suffered in the UK before participating in a panel entitled “Silenced! Censoring Public Discussion of Islam.”
“I have been deplatformed several times, kicked out of universities, kicked off Twitter,” Waters said, describing the reaction to her criticism of radical Islam. “My party has really struggled with basic things like getting venues, for example. We will hire a venue for an event and the so-called Antifascists — which they call themselves, which is rather ironic — will phone up the venue owner and threaten them, intimidate them, and we’ll get our venues cancelled.”
The interview took place at an event hosted by the Middle East Forum on Capitol Hill.
The For Britain leader also claimed that her party has had difficulty setting up a bank account and purchasing software.
The Labour Party’s “shadow home secretary [Diane Abbott], she is the leader of a group called Stand Up to Racism,” Waters said. “I was a parliamentary candidate last year and I was unable to attend a hustings event because they, about a hundred of them, had stood outside. The police deemed it unsafe for me to attend. The event was cancelled.”
“This is a debate for [an] election to our national parliament, which was cancelled because I was going to be one of the candidates and Stand Up to Racism didn’t like it.”

Since inception, like many individuals and organisations that do not sit on the far left in politics, we have been on the receiving end of some unacceptable situations from both the media and policing. As an Electoral Commission approved centre right party, we will not tolerate actions that cross the line of acceptability. Statements and actions from far left groups, some endorsed by senior Labour party members, are in danger of whipping up an ugly atmosphere that could eventually create serious incident. It is therefore our duty to vigorously pursue media or protest group misinformation, or authorities that fail to uphold our democratic rights. There are a number of lines we are pursuing, so we thought it worthwhile sharing the status on some. I am happy to say we are making progress. It is our belief that some people on the left believe they can act with impunity, that they will not be challenged. Let the party make it absolutely clear, that is not the case.
In June at the hustings for the Lewisham East by election approximately eighty protesters led by the Socialist Workers Party and the so-called-‘anti-fascist’ fascists of Stand Up to Racism gathered to obstruct access to the building aggressively jostling and threatening anyone trying to enter. One For Britain member who relies on a walking stick was pushed to the ground. A woman can be seen on videos spitting at people. Inspection of the imprint on leaflets and placards showed that the protest was endorsed and backed by The Labour Party. The meeting to arrange the protest was held at the local Labour Party HQ. – To read the rest of this article go to For Britain Blogs.
President Michael D. Higgins has just been re elected as the president of Ireland. The final result is not in just yet but it seems he has received 70% of the vote. Peter Casey , a business man and political outsider who along with two of the candidates did a stint on the Dragons’ Den TV show in Ireland is expected to get about 23% of the vote which is a victory for him considering he was predicted to get 1 or maybe 2% at most at the start of the election campaign.
During the campaign Casey had been critical of the travelling community and had spoken out against the splintering of Irish society into ethnic , religious and other groups and had behaved in a generally politically incorrect manner as a result of which he had , of course , been called racist and intolerant by the media and the chattering classes as a whole , all of which it is generally agreed , helped to deliver him the relatively high vote he has ended up getting. I had intended voting for him myself untill , in the middle of a RTE interview , he casually referred to President Tump as a lunatic……..which , it must be said , probably had nothing to do with him jumping on the bandwagon but was simply a reflection of the man’s particular style of expression.
But the fact that this man ended up getting nearly 1/4 of the popular vote is significant and has created a debate of sorts about that section of Irish society who feel they can no longer express an opionion without running the risk of being called racist or bigoted and it is the first time I personally have heard the Irish media discuss or even acknowledge this . A few months ago a new political party was formed here with the express purpose of achieving an Irish brexit. It would be wrong of course to read too much into all this as the Irish have , for the most part , bought into the whole multicultural nightmare and virtue signalling and all the rest of it but it is perhaps a glimpse , a very faint glimpse of something going on in the background. – And speaking of the background , I am listening to my radio as I write this and in that same background the media and sundry guests who are discussing the election result are warning about bigotry and Trumpism and intolerance without a single dissenting voice so it seems they really just can’t help themselves and are totally captive to their own narrative ………….I must admit that I find it nothing short of painful to listen to Irish radio these days where even the arts programmes are contaminated with this endless virtue signalling. It is literally like living in some science fiction , dystopian , futuristic nightmare that I vaguely remember reading about in comics and seeing in the cinema as a child back in the ’50’s except that this is all too real and it is in the here and now and is getting more dystopian and nightmarish by the day.
Meanwhile , our president Michael D. Higgins will continue to serve – all the people of Ireland in a spirit of inclusiveness – to help build a truly tolerant and caring society. He is a great man for diversity and inclusion and tolerance and gender rights and what ever you will have yourself. And sure isn’t it a grand little country – we were the first to introduce gay marriage after all …………….and we are practically bringing in dark-skinned people from africa by the boat load. Indeed , indeed we are a marvelous people – we are so good , so inclusive and tolerant that we are running out of words that truly express how wonderful we are…….We carry our goodness like a cross , a burden we accept without a though for any reward. It is almost painful to be so good. Don’t you agree ? You do agree , don’t you.
On the 26th October the Irish people will elect a new president. There are six candidates one of whom is the incumbent President , Michael D. Higgins. Peter Casey , who is also a candidate , is a business man with a national profile due to his stint on RTE ‘s Dragons’ Den programme – but Peter is in trouble…….. Peter , it seems , is a racist…..
It all began when six Irish traveller families were offered accommodation in six brand new council houses which they immediately refused because the houses did not have stables or a 1/2 acre of land which the travelers had demanded. It should be noted that there is a huge homelessness crisis in Ireland today which is getting worse by the day and which now has reached the level of a national scandal. Casey made the mistake of describing the situation as ‘ bonkers’ and stated in an RTE interview that the houses should be offered to the next people on the housing list. He also made the mistake of explaining that he believed that all the people of Ireland should be treated equally as oppose to being treated differently because of their ethnic background. This of course was the proverbial red rag to the Irish media who immediately denounced Casey as racist , divisive and lacking compassion etc etc. as , of course , did all the other candidates including the President , Michael D. Higgins. He was even accused of playing the Trump card.
Remarkably , Peter Casey stood his ground and refused to apologize which of course poured more fuel on the media flames. Funnily enough the Irish people seem for the most part to agree with him or at least a significant portion of the Irish people do. Today Casey stated on the radio that he may withdraw from the race due to the attacks on his character and he reiterated his belief that all people should be treated equally and with respect and as individual Irish people rather than as members of an ethnic group.
